Volunteering is governed by Law 45/2015 of 14 October.
- In accordance with this law, the scope of the volunteering activity is cultural activities, leisure and free time.
- Volunteering at the event will be coordinated by Asociación Aula Manga, a non-profit organisation (Tax ID No. G-17899584), under a collaboration agreement with INCATIS SL, the company organising the event.
- Anyone may apply to become a volunteer, and participants will be selected according to equal opportunities and non-discrimination criteria, provided they meet the following requirements:
- Be over 16 and under 18 years of age, and provide authorisation signed by their parents, legal guardians or representatives.
- Be over 18 years of age.
- The application period will close 15 days before the event. Once closed, the application form will no longer be available, and applications received after this date will not be taken into consideration.
- Once the application period has ended, all applicants will be contacted and informed whether or not they have been selected.
- Having volunteered at previous editions of the event does not guarantee selection for future editions, although previous participation will be taken into consideration during the selection process.
