CARLES PONSÍ

Carles Ponsí is a comic artist and illustrator born in Figueres in 1982. Since 2019, he has collaborated with the magazine Cavall Fort, where he publishes L’Univers de la Mei, a science-fiction series, and Les fantàstiques aventures de Joan Amades, a comic about Catalan mythology, which he is collecting this year in the album Quin grapat de monstres! (Fandogamia, 2026).

Throughout his career, he has also been closely associated with graphic humour, collaborating with publications such as El Jueves, Amaníaco and Cáñamo. His comics include ¡Socorro! ¡¡Mi madre tiene Facebook!! (Grafito Editorial, 2016), Sexo Mal (Fandogamia, 2020), Amado líder (Fandogamia, 2022), Gente Basura (Fandogamia, 2024) and Presidente Perro Sanxe (Fandogamia, 2025). His work combines humour, satire and a critical perspective on society and current affairs.
